Dear Aswathy
As you have completed MSc in Periyar university, you need to obtain an equivalency Certificate from any universities in Kerala. Please contact all the universities in kerala to check that if the course is already approved by any universities in kerala. If yes,you are not required to get Equ.Cert. again.
To get Equivalency Certificate, you need to apply to concerned university with syllabus of the course you had studied from official source(Dean/HOD/Registrar-Uvsty),copies of your mark statements, certificates, Degree certificate copy, +2 and SSLC certificates. You need to pay prescribed fees. The university syndicate will check your application in syndicate meeting and may or may not issue Equivalency Certificate. The universities are issuing Eq.Cert. for two purposes.1 ) for higher education only , 2 ) for employment only 3) for both employment & higher education
